Customer Service Advisor with German - flexible/full remote

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

What do you need to start?

•    good knowledge of German (written and spoken), allowing smooth communication (min. B2)
•    can-do-it and problem-solving attitude  
•    the ability to talk to anyone and cooperate with a team 
•    willingness to take first steps in IT  
It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have: 
•    basic IT skills (Microsoft products, internet, etc.) or a technically oriented mind  
We don’t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.


What duties will help you grow as an expert?

You will be a member of the team which helps our customers to solve any technical issues experienced while using computer.

After an induction training you will be able to:

  • handle incoming phone calls/ e-mails from customers regarding technical issues related to everyday usage of a computer
  • analyze and resolve most common enquiries using step-by-step solutions provided to you

deliver high quality standard service to customers

  • cooperate with IT specialist team to deal with more complex issues

In case you won’t be able to handle it on your own, you will have a team of colleagues to always back you up.

We will teach you everything you need to discover the IT world as there is a variety of roles that you can choose for your career with us. You can become:

  • Incident Manager if you can think and make decisions quickly
  • Change Manager if you are well-organized and know ITIL
  • Project Manager if you want to have mastering and developing projects
  • Service Integration and Management Consultant if you like working with clients and adjusting projects to their needs
  • Junior IT Technician if you want to work directly with IT infrastructure
