YOUR ROLE

• Communicate effectively in French with clients to understand their migration requirements and provide necessary assistance.
• Coordinate and manage the migration process for VoIP services, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption for clients.
• Follow up on migration activities, closely monitoring progress and promptly resolving any issues or roadblocks.
• Provide regular status updates and reports on migration progress to the team and clients.

YOUR PROFILE

• Fluency in French, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role involving client communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and take necessary preemptive actions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding efficient and effective solutions.
