YOUR ROLE
- Resolving incidents and answering user requests;
- Advance in automatization processes along with project team
- Monitoring production environments and developing a good understanding of the existing application (functional and technical)
- Contribute to the setup of the Lisbon Team (Process, Tools, Efficiency, …)
- Support, Incident, Problem and Change management - ability to provide updates and foster data quality within scope; manage priorities; act on crisis and pleasurable environment; autonomous on dealing with BAU; further develop and achieve resolutions via problem solving capabilities; ability to act quickly, pro-actively and preventively in order to avoid future incidents.
- Efforts to improve on scope and use all technologies in order to further consolidate stability inside Production; look for all opportunities to automate all manual workload.
- It contributes to the deployment in the business and production teams of new working tools and methods such as Devops/Agility/Move2Cloud.
YOUR PROFILE
- IT knowledge (Ansible, Linux, SQL, Jenkins, Cloud, Kubernetes, monitoring/ Dynatrace)
- Have an Agile & DevOps culture; possess knowledge on best-practices within ITIL framework
- Experience with AS400 and Unix troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysis
- Particular knowledge and experience with RedHat Linux
- Experience in Continuous Delivery context, Industrialization/automatization od deliveries, deployments, rollbacks.
- Cloud Experience Kubernetes e cloud managed services (AWS, Azure or IBM Cloud), middleware (VIP, WAF, RDBMS, NoSQL, File Storage)
