Your Mission

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Curricular Internsip Talent Acquisition Specialist to be part of the Talent Acquisition team.

Your Role

• Manage full-cycle Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Partner with Hiring Managers to identify key needs and requirements
• Application screenings and interviews
• Manage the offer process
• Create and maintain a Talent Pipeline
• Keep candidates and all relevant stakeholders informed throughout the selective process
• Advertise in line with our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and promote the Capgemini Engineering brand externally and in social media activities

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in Degree Human Resources, Social Sciences, Economy or similar;
• Fluency in English;
• People enthusiast;
• Proactive, self-driven, and quick learner

The position is an integrated internship as part of the completion of a bachelor's or master's degree.
