YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Functional Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and refining business requirements, writing functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation. You will work closely with designers, testers, and developers, providing support throughout the development lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical background and experience in functional analysis within an Agile (Scrum) environment.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience in Functional Analysis.
• Technical background with prior experience in programming (preferred).
• Solid experience working in a Scrum environment.
• Ability to write clear and detailed functional specifications.
• Fluent in Portuguese;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, testers).

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and end-users;
• Refine business requirements to ensure clarity and completeness;
• Write functional specifications;
• Collaborate closely with designers, testers, and developers, ensuring that the functional requirements are well understood and effectively implemented;
• Provide ongoing support to teams throughout the development process to ensure smooth execution and quality deliverables.
