YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Head of Testing Practice to join our teams in Lisbon.

• Develop and implement a detailed testing strategy for QA portfolio of offerings
• Define a commercial strategy and go to market approach
• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive test strategies to meet project and organizational goals
• Support and develop the team ensuring sustainable growth of business and people skills
   

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience of leading testing scope (delivery and sales)
• Experience in test strategy, test design, test execution and reporting
• Test automation know how (i.e. Selenium/Cucumber) and proven implementation experience
• Experience with project and services management
• Experience in finance concepts (revenue, cost, GOP)
• ISTQB certification or equivalent
•  English fluent, Portuguese desirable
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
