Indirects Buyer - Global Procurement (Iberia)

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for Indirects Buyers (Procurement) to join our teams in Lisbon.

 In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Support the Category Manager Iberia on defining and deploying the Procurement strategy in Portugal and Spain
  • Deploy the purchasing strategy for your category in Portugal in agreement with Global and European Procurement
  • Build and strengthen intimacy and cooperation with internal stakeholders (mainly Corporate Real Estate Services team) in Portugal, assessing their requirements while ensuring compliance
  • Manage sourcing in order to secure your portfolio and manage supplier relationships
  • enforce the ESG priorities as well as Ethics and Compliance group policies on sourcing activities
  • Negotiate local contracts and to ensure that global category contracts and framework agreements are managed and used appropriately at local levels (ex: IFM)
  • Record savings in reporting tools
  • Ensure negotiation and contractualization
  • Optimize the supplier base
  • Manage Procurement KPIs for the category
  • Check ethical and security compliance
  • Supplier relationship management (brokers, developers, Facility Managers, etc.)
  • Carry out supplier follow-ups (QBR, quality, financial, progress plan, etc.)
  • Structure, manage, animate, evaluate the supplier panel (PSL “Preferred Supplier List”)

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master degree (a specialization in Procurement or Real Estate is a plus)
  • Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in Procurement, ideally in Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management
  • Knowledge of the market and players in Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management
  • Analytical skills and procurement project management
  • Negotiation and knowledge of contractual legal bases
  • Good oral and writing skills in English
  • Skill in Spanish Language will be a plus
  • Good synthesis skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-client environment
  • Ability to manage subjects in parallel and organize accordingly
  • Open-mindedness, proactivity, autonomy
  • Ability to execute and respect commitments and deadlines
  • Mastery of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
