YOUR ROLE 

We are looking for motivated developers with experience in Infrastructure Architect o join our teams in Lisbon. 

In this role you will be responsible for: 

Designing and developing IT infrastructure architecture to support business needs;

Implementing and optimizing infrastructure solutions in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud);

Defining and implementing security, backup and disaster recovery policies;

Ensuring the scalability, availability and performance of systems and networks;

Collaborate with development, security and operations teams to ensure system integration;

Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to improve the infrastrucure;

Monitor and troubleshoot complex network, storage and server problems.

YOUR PROFILE

• Contribute to improving the technological risk framework (including the technological contingency component);
• Calculating and analysing technological risk indicators (including technological contingency);
• Monitor the evolution of relevant and critical IT incidents, as well as occurrences of operational risk;
• Monitor mitigation measures arising from relevant and critical IT incidents and operational risk occurrences;
• Validate the annual Disaster Recovery calendar;
• Monitoring the annual execution of Disaster Recovery tests;
• Monitor the annual review of Management's Business Impact Analysis (BIA);
• Analysing the gaps between RTO/RT and RPO/RP and identifying/monitoring the measures defined;
• Ensuring that the information in the Directorate's Operational Continuity Plan (OCP) and Technological Recovery Plans is up-to-date;
• Centralise Management's contribution to the Bank's Resolution and Recovery Plans, as well as the Operational Continuity and Resolution (OCIR);
• Review the processes associated with the Area;
• Producing reports on activity, incidents, ..., both internally and for external organisations;
• Extra-Profile:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Maths, Management, Economics or Law;
• Knowledge of models based on the 3 lines of defence;
• Knowledge of the regulatory requirements relating to Information Technology in the banking sector, namely business continuity and technological contingency;
• Autonomy, critical thinking;
• Ability to analyse, systematise ideas and formally write opinions and recommendations
• High sense of responsibility and organisational skills.
