YOUR PROFILE & RESPONSABILITIES
- Working closely with the Marketing & Communications, Sales, practice leaders, operations and delivery teams to establish go-to-market priorities and propositions as part of an annual planning cycle;
- Liaise with sales and all different internal/ external stakeholders to plan, organize, implement and promote the event;
- Produce detailed proposals for business events (including speakers, timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, budgets);
- Research venues, suppliers and negotiate prices;
- Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel);
- Plan, develop, launch, and measure marketing campaigns/events including the setting of KPI’s;
- Act as a trusted advisor regarding the most effective mix of tactics such as digital advertising, direct marketing, industry events, executive conferences, and immersive customer experiences;
- Strengthen and industrialize marketing processes and improve the timeliness and reliability of outputs;
- Analyze and collaborate with respective stakeholders to develop thought leadership and marketing content for collateral to enhance campaign or events effectiveness;
- Analyze campaign and events effectiveness through data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement campaign and event organization improvements and report against KPIs.
