Mendix Team Lead

Capgemini is hiring a Mendix Team Lead.

If you have at least 5 years of experience working with Mendix, experience leading teams, and you are looking for new challenges to help you evolve as a professional, Capgemini Portugal is the place for you.

We value knowledge of:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 5 years of experience with Mendix;
• At least 2 years of experience leading delivery teams;
• Solid knowledge of programming best-practices;
• Practitioner of Agile methodologies;
• Ability to teach and support younger professionals;
• Good communication and analytical skills and like to work in the consulting area;
• Fluent in English;
• Additional OutSystems knowledge is a plus.
