QA Automation (M/F) Lisbon

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality are integrated into all phases of development. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing automation test scripts, identifying and documenting test cases, and troubleshooting software bugs in collaboration with developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure quality is integrated into all phases of development.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts to ensure the product’s functionality, performance, and stability.
• Identify and document test cases and test scenarios based on project requirements and specifications.
• Investigate and report software bugs, track issues, and work with developers to resolve them promptly.

Required Skills and Technologies:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in test automation.
• Proven experience in writing and executing automated tests using Selenium and Robot Framework.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript for automation scripting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Selenium and Robot Framework (mandatory experience).
• JavaScript (mandatory experience).
• Katalon (nice to have experience).
• Ability to communicate effectively in Portuguese, with good English skills being a plus

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid work model: 1 week in the office, 1 week remote (alternating).
