Red Team Technician (M/F)

YOUR ROLE

  • Plan and execute penetration tests on a variety of web applications and systems.
  • Identify, exploit, and document vulnerabilities, simulating real-world attack scenarios (e.g., XSS, Clickjacking, SQL Injection, CSRF, CRLF, LFI, IDOR).
  • Provide detailed documentation of test results, including evidence, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and effective solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure vulnerabilities are properly addressed and remediated.
  • Maintain and update tools, scripts, and methodologies for penetration testing.
  • Continuously research and keep up-to-date with the latest trends, vulnerabilities, and techniques in cybersecurity.
  • Automate tasks and develop custom tools using Python and Bash scripting.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Solid experience in performing penetration tests on web applications using manual techniques (e.g., XSS, Clickjacking, SQL Injection, CSRF, CRLF, LFI, IDOR) and automated tools (e.g., SQLMap, Burp Suite).
  • Deep understanding of OWASP methodology and its application throughout all phases of penetration testing.
  • Proficient in Python and Bash scripting for task automation and custom tool development.
  • Ability to document vulnerabilities clearly and concisely, including Proof of Concept (POC) and proposing effective remediation solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux), network architecture, and databases to ensure comprehensive environment analysis.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, creativity, and persistence in discovering vulnerabilities and exploring new testing techniques.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, CEH, GPEN) are a plus.
  • Experience in cloud security testing is desirable.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
