YOUR ROLE

• Actively participate in technology projects.
• Identify and document technical requirements.
• Design technical solutions at the level of ITSM tools, preferably in ServiceNow and failure and performance tools.
• Identify business requirements and transpose them into development requirements for digital solutions, following best market practices.

YOUR PROFILE

• Academic background in computer science, management IT engineering or information systems.
• + 4 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience with implementing ITSM tools (servicenow)
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Scrum and Waterfall, MS Project Server, Office, Project
• Ticketing Solutions
• Familiarity with Advanced Architectures and Integration Infrastructures

• Proactivity, team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Good level of English
