YOUR ROLE 

We are looking for motivated developers with experience in Project Manager to join our teams in Lisbon. 

In this role you will be responsible for: 

• Managing the complete life cycle of large-scale projects, from conception to delivery;
• Define project scope, schedule, budget and goals in conjunction with stakeholders;
• Coordinating cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, etc.);
• Ensuring clear and constant communication between stakeholders and the project team;
• Mitigating risks and resolving problems during project execution;
• Monitoring project progress using performance indicators (KPIs);
• Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget;
• Hold regular follow-up meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality deliveries;
• Developing and implementing continuous improvements in project management processes.

YOUR PROFILE

Project management; Experience working with scrum and waterfall methodologies; Knowledge of the banking sector, particularly in the area of credit.
Preferably with technical knowledge of IBM/Mainframe.
