ServiceNow Business Analyst

At Capgemini Portugal, we are searching for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to reinforce our teams.

If you have at least 3 year of experience working with ServiceNow, your place is with us!

You will be joining our team and working close with our clients.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Experience at least 3 year managing ServiceNow products;
• Experience in process discovery and analysis, requirements preparation and transformation into business stories;
• Elaboration of documentation, quality assurance to comply with business requirements and Case Management solution;
• Work with teams of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and design of ServiceNow;
• Certifications are a plus.
