YOUR MISSION

Your Mission:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Project Manager to support a tower project. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of steering the project towards success by leveraging their technical expertise and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and provide the B-Level plan and guide Team Leads (TLs) in creating the C-Level plan.
• Plan and support technical reviews of tower components and structures.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth progress and minimal disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with vendors and suppliers to guarantee project delivery meets quality and timeline expectations.
• Engage in active stakeholder management, maintaining clear communication channels and alignment with project goals.

YOUR PROFILE

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management with a track record of success in technical and complex projects.
• Expertise in tower structures including internals, shells, flanges, and the enabling of TCM.
• Strong engineering background in one or more of the following fields: Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering
• Knowledge and experience with wind turbine towers
• Proficiency in risk management, stakeholder management, and the use of tools such as JIRA and MS Project.
