Your Role

We are looking for a motivated professional to be charge of our client's data set management, ensuring efficient documentation systems and processes in place for all technical documentation to be created, maintained and delivered to both our client's internal stakeholders as well as to all the customers and end-users.

• Lead, develop, maintain, and implement systems and processes related to technical documentation;
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives related to technical documentation systems and processes;
• Ensure systems and process improvement requirements are collected, evaluated, and utilized to improve the way we work in the technical documentation departments;
• Ensure validation of system solution designs and functionality through user involvement;
• Support the development of our technical documentation vision and strategy;
• Provide the development and maintenance of training material and be responsible for implementing the new and improved ways of working as part of the business improvement projects for the users in the technical documentation departments.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in communication, engineering, or similar;
• A minimum of 2 years of experience within the technical documentation area;
• In-depth knowledge of and experience with technical documentation, documentation systems, processes, and documentation management in general (preferably on SAP DMS, PTC Windchill, and/or Procore);
• Great communications skills in English (both in writing and orally);
• Outgoing personality and good at managing deadlines;
• Good stakeholder management skills;
• Highly collaborative and organized.
