Your Mission

We are looking for motivated professionals with experience in MATLAB to join our teams in Portugal for a project in the Industry sector.

• Maintenance of existing MATLAB design/cost model;
• Developing new features into the model;
• Integration of scripts and improvements in script structure;
• Running model for benchmarking and iterations in selected cases;
• Analysis of model output from 500+ use cases;
• Update/extension of PowerBI overview & trends;
• Detailed analysis on selected output parameters for different components;
• Creating proposals for performance steps;
• Validation of performance steps against historic data;
• Documentation of models, results, conclusions;
• Scheduling/participating in meetings with relevant stakeholders to align on modelling, data interfaces, and results;
• Updates of JIRA tasks, adding new tasks, and participating in sprint dailies, technical status meetings, and sprint reviews.

Your Profile

• Academic degree in Engineering, IT or similar;
• More than 2 years of experience in similar roles;
• Highly competent in MATLAB programming skills;
• Experienced in processing and analyzing large amounts of data for trends & commonalities;
• Good skills in Python, PowerBI and/or advanced Excel;
• Basic knowledge of Creo/CAD is a plus;
• Strong analytical mind.
