Your Mission 

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Porto, on an opening for the Energy Sector.

Your Role:

• Activity planning, prioritization and risk/issues management;
• Definition and management of the created timeplans, with inputs from the various teams;
• Management/Interactions/negotiations with multiple stakeholders;
• Change management.
• Main duty will be to manage a set of projects within Power System Integration Module (projects mostly within Electrical and Software Engineering technical areas)

Your Profile:

• Professional with +7 years of professional experience within project management areas ;
• Experience in System Engineering, Power plan Controller
• Experience in Embedded software: Mathlab and Simulink, c and c++
• Experience in leading SW development projects,
• Experience in automotive or aerospace industries
• Preferably qualified with Prince 2 (or equivalent project management certification)
• Lead projects from initiation Gate 0 until Gate 2 and continue with execution until final delivery. Ability to deliver projects on-quality, on-time and on-cost
• Ability to multitask and handle more than one project at a time. Focus on project delivery and execution
• Advanced stakeholder management skills in complex technical environments
• PMP certification (valued);
• Experience in identifying fraud, dashboard deviations (valued);
• Good knowledge and fluency in English (written & spoken).
• Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, Waterfall, Power BI and SQL (plus);
• Hybrid model (Porto/ Maia);
