Support Technician - Healthcare Sector (Lisbon/Porto)

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Support Technician to join our dynamic team for an exciting project in the Healthcare area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, ensuring effective incident resolution, and maintaining application components according to project objectives.

YOUR PROFILE

Must Have:

• Higher education in the field of Information Technology, Engineering, Biomedical or similar;
• Previous experience in a Support role or similar;
• Knowledge of Operating Systems - Windows;
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Experience with incident management tools (Easyvista, Service Now, Atlassian or other);
• Knowledge of XML and JSON from an analysis perspective;
• Good communication skills in Portuguese.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Java and PL/SQL;
• Knowledge of SoapUI;
• Prior experience in the Healthcare sector.
