Your profile:

Experience:
  - Proven track record of managing testing teams in complex projects.
  - Extensive experience with test case creation, test planning, and test execution.
  - Strong background in Waterfall & also Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Certifications and Skills:
  - ISTQB certification preferred, or demonstrable equivalent experience in software testing.
  - Proficiency with JIRA, XRAY, and Confluence is mandatory.
  - APIS testing exposure would be a bonus.

- Technical Expertise:
  - Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).

- Soft Skills:
  - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
