Job Title: File-net Developer

Job Description: 
We are seeking a File-Net Developer to join us at Woodland Hills, CA working on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement FileNet P8 solutions.
• Customize and extend FileNet functionalities using CE APIs and PE APIs.
• Implement and configure FileNet Business Process Framework (BPF) for running business processes.
• Analyze and optimize business processes using Process Analyzer.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical support.
• Stay updated on new technologies and standard methodologies in FileNet development.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrable experience in IBM FileNet P8 implementation.
• Good communication and presentation skills to optimally convey sophisticated technical concepts to collaborators.
• Proficiency in CE (Content Engine) APIs and PE (Process Engine) APIs for developing custom solutions and integrations.
• Knowledge of WAT (Workplace Application Toolkit) Framework for building custom user interfaces and applications.
• Familiarity with Workplace for quickly deploying content-centric applications.
• Understanding of FileNet Business Process Framework (BPF) for designing and managing business processes.
• Expertise in IBM Content Collector (ICC) for collecting, managing, and archiving content from various sources.
• Experience with Process Analyzer for analyzing and optimizing business processes.
• Proficiency in Records Manager for leading electronic records throughout their lifecycle.

Salary Transparency:
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100,000 - $130,000 / yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
