Job Responsibilities


Capgemini is seeking an individual with (5-7 years) of relevant go-to-market experience to join our Go-to-Market Team and be a part of a business unit that continually drives innovation and transformation for our broad base of customers.


As part of Go-to-Market Team, our new joinee will lead or will contribute to following broad areas:


  • Partner marketing – Manage the execution of programs that drive partner profitability. Partner profitability programs accelerate partner relationship development, practice development by helping the partners build business plans create go-to-market channels, increase partner satisfaction, and strengthen partner loyalty
  • Proofread edits and provide quality review of marketing collateral prepared by self/others
  • Track status of leads from various events/webinars and follow up with relevant collateral to keep prospects engaged. Work with account leads/BDEs to keep track of the leads and conversion.
  • Assist Go to Market lead with the development of relevant collateral to support sales meetings and other information required (schedule, plan, collate presentations, editing, follow-up, kickoff/status meeting schedule, review, etc.).
  • Understand and leverage the various global marketing channels including search, paid media, paid aggregation, automated campaigns, social media, influencer relations, etc.
  • Coordinate with GTM team and central marketing team to build and execute marketing plan for each of the solution / offer
  • Tactical support in new/existing business unit initiatives and engagements


Minimum Requirements

  • Strong computer skills in presentation, MS Excel, and communication tools
  • Uses time effectively based on key priorities; accepts direction from more than one person at a time and oversees multiple projects
  • Strong in communication and stakeholder management with exposure to typical day-in-life of Account Manager or Sales Executive to accurately tailor messages
  • Prior experience in marketing team will be helpful
  • Demonstrated strength in written and organization skills and verbal communication and written communication with ability to write clearly, concisely in varied communication settings and styles
  • Professional etiquette and high work ethic expected
  • Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations
  • Adaptable for change in work priorities based on customer and business needs/requirements
