Job Description: 
Capgemini is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This specialist will play a crucial role in pipelining for key roles, talent branding, innovation, candidate engagement, and helping to project manage key projects within TA. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get involved in the recruitment or an HR related field to gain hands on experience in working with a global company in a fast paced environment. 

Responsibilities:  

• Utilize various channels to pipeline candidates for targeted roles
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to get them engaged throughout the process
• Help expand on interactions with candidates to enhance their experience
• Support employer branding activities and efforts
• Help to expand and grow innovation within the recruitment space
• Project management of different recruiting projects and efforts in a global capacity
• Support on-demand campus recruiting

Required Skills: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• A proactive and results-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Applicants for employment in the US must have valid work authorization that does not now and/or will not in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US by Capgemini

Salary Transparency:
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $60,000 - $70,000 / yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
