Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - Markit EDM

 

Location - Fort Mills, SC (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding of this platform's capabilities and how to leverage it for effective data management.
  • strong experience in designing and developing the Core Matcher component in MarkIT indicates expertise in creating algorithms and logic for matching and deduplication of master data records.
  • create efficient and scalable data pipelines, encompassing data construction, porting, and flow processes.
  • Your familiarity with event notification techniques like Kafka suggests proficiency in real-time data processing and event-driven architectures.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate onsite-offshore models showcases your capacity to manage distributed teams and ensure project success through effective collaboration

Required Skills

  • 5 years of development in Master Data Management MDM using IHS Markit Cadis.
  • Strong Experience in Design and Develop the Core Matcher component in MarkIT.
  • Strong Experience in Design and Develop the E2E Batch process for Data Mastering by creating various components like Data constructors Data Porters Data flow process.
  • Experience in UI design and Development for Party Domain in creating WF elements WF Pages etc.
  • Experience in Batch Scheduling using Tidal or Automatic scheduling Tool.
  • Experience in Creating Rest API using Data generators or process launchers.
  • Strong experience design and implement the in CI CD pipeline for MarkIT tool.
  • Strong Experience in handling the Event notification techniques like Kafka 5 years of database development and design in MS SQL Server Oracle Snowflake Postgres SQL.
  • Experience in AWS cloud applications like GLUE Lambda RDS DB and Event Notifications.
  • Experience with extracting and summarizing data from a variety of data source types.
  • Experience with various source control tools including GitHub Octopus Terraform etc.
  • Experience in Leading and coordinating the Onsite Offshore model.
  • Ability to work independent and coordinate with BA's & Scrum Master teams.
  • Good to have Party MDM experience in MarkIT Good have 19 X version of Cloud MarkIT tool
