React Developer

Title: React Developer

Summary:
Capgemini is seeking a skilled and experienced React Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HTML, JavaScript, ES6, CSS, Bootstrap, and React JS. You will be responsible for delivering large-scale Java Spring Boot-based products, designing, developing, deploying, and testing Java-based solutions using REST APIs, React JS, JPA, JavaEE, Spring Boot Core MVC, and Hibernate.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React JS, HTML, JavaScript, ES6, CSS, and Bootstrap.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and test Java-based solutions using REST APIs, JPA, JavaEE, Spring Boot Core MVC, and Hibernate.
  • Maintain and update existing Spring Boot applications.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
  • Implement the application lifecycle: design, development, quality, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Recommend changes to improve established Java application processes.
  • Develop technical designs for application development.
  • Maintain a good understanding of Git version control and CICD pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in React JS development with a strong portfolio of previous projects.
  • Hands-on experience in HTML, JavaScript, ES6, CSS, and Bootstrap.
  • Solid understanding and experience with Java, Spring Boot, JPA, JavaEE, Spring Boot Core MVC, and Hibernate.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Good understanding of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, OCP (OpenShift Container Platform), PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry), and Linux environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
