HR Business Transformation Senior Manager

Short Description

The HR Business Transformation Senior Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent management strategies, as well as developing learning and skilling frameworks to enhance the capabilities of our client workforce. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management skills, and a deep understanding of talent development principles.

Qualifications

• Valid experience of 10-12 years in HR/L&D - managing and working TM and Learning initiatives 
• Experience in leading Learning and HR Solutioning and transformation processes
• Experience in Learning technology, SAP, HCM, Case management tool, eLearning content, LMS, LXP, Learning design, and delivery 
• Managing internal stakeholders
• Project Management 
• Continually seek out ways to improve the Solution design process. 
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple, complex projects
• Familiar with current learning and performance improvement industry standards, approaches, and innovations.  
• Familiar with New Content design technologies- AR/VR/Meta/Gamification

• Good to have – ASTD, ISTD, Learning design, Design thinking, any other learning and OD certifications

Job Responsibilities

• Talent Management Strategy: Develop and implement tailored talent management strategies.
• Conduct talent assessments and optimize HR processes.
• Learning & Development Frameworks: Design dynamic learning frameworks for career growth.
• Evaluate and recommend diverse learning methodologies.
• Project Management: Lead cross-functional talent management and L&D initiatives for clients and ensure project deliverables align with strategic objectives.
• Lead needs analysis and requirements gathering sessions using business and HR acumen and Design Thinking principles
• Performance Management: Develop performance evaluation frameworks.
• Craft compelling solutions on goal setting and feedback delivery.
• Utilize advanced instructional models and adult learning methods to design learning experiences that promote practice, retention, and application of new skills and knowledge
• Write concise, creative, and effective instructions, Project plans, and proposals 
• Support in Pre-sales activities for Learning Projects, liaise with Market unit with the group and sales lead, and contribute to project and consulting mining. 
• Manage the end-to-end Project execution, design, development, and implementation of continuous learning solutions for multiple complex learning projects
• Identify measures of success through project management of costs, work efforts, timelines, forecasting, and deliverables
• Make recommendations regarding Build-or-Buy decisions, curate and repurpose content as appropriate
• Contribute to the Revenue growth of the unit with portfolio building and mining for leads and projects 
• Maintains collaborative relationships and communication with internal stakeholders.
