Procurement Platforms Senior Consultant with Icertis

Short Description

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2 years+) and very strong end to end process knowledge  within Source to Pay area;

  • Experience in target operating model design, process design (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) and documentation preparation;

  • Good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO environment;

  • Experience in process modelling using Visio or Business Optix or similar application;

  • Knowledge of BPMN notation will be an advantage;

  • Knowledge and experience in at least one of the eProcurement systems (Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, etc.) and the ERPs (SAP, Oracle);

  • Good understanding of non-ERP process supporting tools – its functionalities and offered benefits (e.g. Service Now, Jira, Fairmarkit, Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, etc);

  • Ability to establish and maintain world class working relationships with all peers and stakeholders, including clients;

  • Very good communication and presentation skills;

  • English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent;

  • Experience in client facing activities (i.e. workshops, presentations, training);

  • Experience in project type of work, with frequent client interactions;

  • Continuous improvement mindset.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in the process and technology transformation projects within Source to Pay, guiding more junior staff in successful development and submission of the project deliverables;
  • Participate in (and/or lead a stream of) the projects that may be related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, eProcurement or ERP solutions selection and implementation, intelligent automation implementation, training delivery, change management and similar;
  • Accountable for all project deliverables (within own stream) or own project deliverables that could be related to documentation of identified process challenges, potential improvements and benefits, report out, or business cases;
  • Apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six  Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) within the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes;
  • Conduct Quality Assurance on the deliverables developed by other, junior team members;
  • Utilize process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations and propose the solutions to steer clients in their transformation journey. Interact with the corresponding client Subject Matter;
  • Facilitate client meetings within own business area, driving towards consensus and agreement of all stakeholders;
  • Support development of transformational assets and methods; contribute to product development in his/her area of expertise;
  • During the projects manage the team of individuals, coach the junior members and ensure maximum quality of developed materials and deliverables;
  • Learn the consulting techniques related to problem solving, design thinking, selling, and delivery of convincing presentation of your ideas;
  • Build knowledge and understanding of our market leading assets and methods (e.g. Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM), ESOAR transformation method, intelligent automation, etc.).
