Qualifications

• Level of languages: min B2 of English, min B2 of Italian
• Previous experience in Billing / Finance field
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
• Computer literate: MS Office, Outlook, Excel
• Understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work
• Team player attitude

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the Billing or any STC process
• Manage team and drive them to achieve the CSLs and targets
• To monitor team, their performance and motivate them for achieving team goals
• Set challenging targets to the team members and train them on the process
• Liase with clients through daily, weekly, monthly calls
• Maintain accuracy of the team
• Handle emails / requests and escalations from the clients.
