CE OPS Support Analyst with Spanish

Short Description

The ideal candidate will provide general commercial support to a software licensing company in order to help internal commercial team members and channel partners in quoting, pricing, reporting activities to improve sales/revenue, efficiencies, maximize customer satisfaction and drive productivity by removing operational activities from the commercial team

Qualifications

  • English and Spanish: B2-C1 level

  • The highschool diploma is mandatory

  • Previous experience with client interaction, in roles such as Customer Service Advisor, Invoice Processor, etc.

  • Previous experience in working with EXCEL

  • Familiar with using various tools to extract relevant info for a specific activity

  • Prior knowledge of operating with ticketing tools

  • Understanding of how contracts are structured

  • Know the value of process standardization and optimization

  • Strong communication and team skills, leadership, and initiative.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain deal support activities that sustain a sales opportunity flow in configuration, pricing, approvals and providing of a quotation to a customer for future orders

  • Responsible for reviewing customer agreements and processing new and add-on software purchases

  • Working together with client’s commercial team on Quoting and Order processing

  • Analyze customer contracts to ensure that the structure of pricing and licensing are consistent with price lists and company policies

  • Proper delivery of documents to stakeholders

  • Gathering information to perform analysis on how to best operationalize and respond to queries

  • Ability to undertake order clean-up and adherence to approval matrix for non-standard Terms & Conditions
