We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager with expertise in  core banking projects to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage strategic projects for better career growth and exposure.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects in the financial services sector.
• Utilize project management frameworks such as Scrum, PMP, and Kanban to drive project success.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including work breakdown structures (WBS), risk management plans, issue management plans, and dependency management.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Manage project risks and issues proactively, identifying and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience as a full-time Project Manager or related roles directly involved in core banking projects.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Has PM skills on stakeholder management, planning & scheduling, financial management, vendor management, building business cases and requirements management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
