Test Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work across the workstreams of UAT, VAPT, Performance Testing, etc.
• Create test strategies
• Strategies and drive Automation
• Validate and improve the quality of test planning
• Set up systems, processes to enable monitoring and reporting of the test execution results
• Responsible for ensuring resource requirements support execution of the project plan
• Conduct periodic status meetings
• Responsible for steering the global program and its rollouts to ensure aims and objectives are met
• Develop and agree on milestone acceptance criteria
• Monitor status and completion on schedule, and so as to meet the goal
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports

Requirements:

• Should have played overall Test Manager managing functional (SIT, UAT) and non functional (PT, DR, Security) testing till go live which should include:
• Planning of overall release for all testing in scope with internal(IT) and external(Business, BU) stakeholders
• Execution against the plan ensuring all pre-requisites are met i.e. entry & exit criteria
• Able to understand the delivery model of client side and follow accordingly
• Excellent soft skills to manage conflicting situation with positive outcomes ensuring milestone dates are met
• Experience of working in multi-vendor environment in a matrix organization
• Experienced in managing internal (IT) and external (Business Unit) stakeholders as well
• Awareness of SDLC – Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid
• Hands on in Jira or Confluence
• Willing to work on a fulltime setup
